Predikt is a demonstration product. All balances, wagers, prices and payouts use virtual play money with no monetary value. Predikt is not a real-money gambling, betting, or financial-trading service, and virtual credits can never be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash or any item of value.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Predikt you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to manipulate markets, exploit bugs, use automated systems to gain an unfair advantage, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other users.

Markets are created and resolved by Predikt administrators based on the stated resolution criteria and sources. Predikt aims for accuracy but does not guarantee that any market reflects real-world outcomes. All decisions regarding resolution are final.

Nothing on Predikt constitutes financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. Market prices are simulated and are provided for entertainment only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predikt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
